number of bugs/glitches from this week's patch ps4

transwarp not responding to sol system, no option for beaming to new romulas, cannot enter esd, trying to open lockboxes but getting message requirements not met, when i already have a romulan in a fleet. Cannot enter drozana station in system. cannot call suliban freighter.

Cannot enter any system, New Romulus isn't on my map, still blue screening when trying to remove something from account bank, transwarp was selected, but nothing happened except my cool down started.
