I'm not able to claim event ships on my KDF/ROM Character

My KDF/Romulan Character T'Harles (Level 53) is only able to claim the Vorgon Xyfius Heavy Escort from the Event ships. The ships I am unable to claim are the Breen Chel Grett Warship, Breen Plesh Brek Heavy Raider, Breen Rezreth Dreadnought Cruiser, Dyson Science Destroyer, and the Krenim Science Vessel. I am able to claim these ships with my 23rd Century Captain (Logan - Level 50) so it looks like there is a problem with T'Harles for some reason. Please look into this. I will also be posting this in the Bug report forum and referencing this ticket.
