Dry Dock and Admiralty

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
It appears that if you move ships to dry dock before you unlock the admiralty system you will not
get the admiralty cards of those ships unless you move them back to active status.

    That's not a bug, just how things work.

    maybe, but if you got admiralty unlocked and you move a ship to dry dock you don't loose the card
    so why loose it if you move to dry dock before the unlock?
