Looking for universal sleeveless tunic

Due to the cross factional possibility of BOFFs now, I am looking for a specific costume piece I thought existed, but have not been able to find.

I want a sleeveless full length tunic that can be used on any character/BOFF regardless of gender/factional allegiance.
Ideally it should be a standalone component, so I can mix it into any costume I want instead of being locked to use all it's companion pieces.

Does such an item exist?
And if it does, where can I find it?

    To my knowledge, there is no such thing. All sleeveless outfits are either faction-restricted or in the off-duty category thus not available for boffs.

    These are the only possibilities I have seen so far:

    Unfortunately, neither of these can be used due to cross-factional complications.

    To explain, I planned to use the costume option on a Starfleet BOFF assigned to a Romulan Captain (the one pictured above).
    Since the second costume can't be obtained on a Romulan, that prevents me from having it to use at all.
    The reason I can't get it is the Lobi store hides it from purchase when you are using a Romulan.

    There's always the gray tank-top from beach wear in off duty. Though it being off duty. I don't think a BOFF can use it.

    I checked the store for that item, I couldn't find any costume option by that name.

    I guess it isn't really relevant though, if a BOFF can't use it, then I have no use for it.

    The tanktop is actually given to you by default. I'd have to pop in for the specific location in the tailor though. But it is in Off Duty. Also... the tanktop only comes in one color: Grey. There is no color customization on it.

    Also... the Female Fed Kelvin top is also sleeveless.

    Keyword there: Fed Kelvin top.
    Not accessible to a Romulan Captain, who is the intended recipient.
    Even though it's intended for a Starfleet BOFF, logic is somewhere having a time out and raising an eyebrow.

    Is the Fed Kelvin top off-duty?
    I haven't investigated that possibility, so I do not know from personal experience.

    There is no logic to the arbitrary clothing restrictions in STO.

    The iconian outfit you get from the episode midnight i believe, it has a sleevless top.

    Unfortunately, I can't think of any costume piece that fits the stated parameters of Crossfaction, Uniform, Full-length, Sleeveless.

    There's plenty of Off-Duty options, but those can't be used by BOffs. Each faction has access to certain sleeveless options, but those aren't cross-faction. The closest thing of which I can think is the Voth top, but it's not sleeveless (three-quarter sleeves)...

    What Turbo said. There really isn't any options that fit the exact perameters. We got close, but that's it. The closest cross faction would be the off duty Iconian.

    Now I really resent Off-Duty outfits.
    If they were categorized the same as every other costume option, then maybe this problem would have been solved a long time ago!

    I consider the fact that, although slowly and in pieces, the 'Mercenary' options have gone from Off Duty to Captain Uniform to BOff uniform to be a sign that things are moving in the right direction.

    Personally, I'd enjoy it if they made the 'Lower - Robes' options available for uniforms, and thus BOffs, my quest for a Lursa/B'Etor-style full-length Klingon Warrior's dress for some of my BOffs would then finally be at an end.

    The tank top is available under Off Duty > Bare Chest. It is only accessible by Captains.
