Response Time for GM Support Issues?

I'm wonder if there's an expected response time for GM-related support issues. I put in a ticket 4 days ago and haven't seen any results. Is that normal?

    Im my experience there are no GMs here, If you want a support issue you have to file a support ticket through the ARC website. In game support tickets As far I know and have experienced are NEVER seen as they just disappear. The only times I have gotten a support response was from the main page not the Launcher but from the actual website.

    Oh and asking for a GM in Zone chat just gets you laughed at fyi.

    I finally got my issue resolved in game.. but it took about 5 days to get a response, and a week to get a resolution.
