Promotion bug (Xb1)

I got my klingon to level 20, I accepted the promotion quest, and returned to Qo'Nos. After I beamed down, I had no option to talk to J'mpok about promotion. No matter what I did, I could not turn in the mission..It did not resolve itself until I got to lvl 30, where I recieved 2 ship tokens.
