[XBONE] Romulan Reputation Quest T2 not working

My romulan reputation is T2 meanwhile, but I cant access the storage or the mountain pass instance. Same goes for the Romulan T2 Reputation quest "secret shuttlecode". The NPC's that are supposed to give me the quest for the instances say "i have nothing for you" or so.
