PS4 C-Store Ship console abilities not in any ability wheel, so not usable

As the title says, its a bug and a C-Store catagory problem:
T6 Carrier (Federation) Fleet Maneuver Alpha ability Console is unusable when equipped, and not visible in any wheel.
T5 (T5-U) Battlecruiser (Federation) variable Auto-Targeting Armament Console is unusable when equipped, and not visible in any wheel.
Theses are the ones I have found so far, not intending to buy any more ships. I suggest you remove the bugged ships from the C-Store until fixed. And consumers, I suggest we do not buy any more so that they will be more inclined to fix these bugs due to a drop in financial income.
I can tell you however that the T6 Pathfinder is fit for purpose as well as the T6 Bird of Prey (although to decloack you may have to spam the ability for it to work).
