He had all manuals for sale when I started playing, but that changed two days ago. Now I can't upgrade my BOFFs. There are some on exchange, but not those I'm looking for. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

    Yeah, sadly this is ongoing. Had the same thing yesterday playing KDF. Just hit L30 and got my new ship (Raptor). Needed a new TOFF, so went to Q'onoS, got a new TOFF, but when I went to get training, all I could do was sell items. Super annoying.. also some abilities I purchased could not be used (ie Aceton Beam I), although TOFF is high enough rank/slots available.

    it might be the buy.sell.buyback bug. go to a store that has items and if you close the store while on either sell of buyback tabs it makes it so any store you open is on that tab. and with the bridgesofficer stores theres no selling or buying back so you have to make sure you go to the buy page on a store and then try again should work.
