Bio-neural Warhead bug on xbox one

Hi i spent 100.000 energy credits on this weapon for my ship to not be able to fire it the weapon lights up to say its ready to no allow me to fire it even if i switch it to the back slots go and try to fire at different distances it will not fire please fix it and this is on xbox one i am also finding out it is happening on ps4 and in some cases pc.
