My Photonic Shockwaves are.... Green?

My Photonic Shockwaves and Shockwave Torpedoes are... green on my Federation Engineer.
Always green, and the torpedoes regardless of type used are green. Sometimes my warp animations even leave green trails.
Really kinda breaks the immersion. =/
