Xbox One Character Bug

In Spacedock or other facility correct rank and insignia are shown, but when starting mission or in sector space only Cadet rank shown and when mission starts or beam down to a planet none of my perks are shown like my officers.

Worse bug, sometimes in the cut scenes, the wrong uniform is shown. Happened to me in Temporal Ambassador. Once the temporal shift happened, and the freighter scene started the captain in the chair.

1) Still had the Starfleet uniform
2) Was sitting inside the chair practically at floor level
