Cloaking bug - Xbox

Cloaking devices seem to be bugged on Xbox One. I would say every 4 or so times you cloak, the button stops responding when you want to DEcloak. I've had it happen on both the Phantom Intel ship and the Tier 6 Tactical Escort running the Stealth Fighter item set. It's especially broken on the Tactical Escort because the Phantom has an ability that will force it to drop cloak, the Defiant does not. The only way to decloak the Defiant when the cloak bugs is to go into the inventory screen and yank the console - which drops you out of cloak often in the middle of combat. And the only way to get it working again is to wait for combat to end, go back into the inventory screen, and equip it again, making it a WORSE version of a regular cloak, rather than a useful Battle Cloak. Very frustrating since I bought 3 versions of the escort in the C-store to use the battle cloak.
