Can't see mail sent to my account

I am trying to send an item between my characters. I sent a mail from one of my alts... but my man cannot see the mail. I used to be able to see all mail sent by any character. AND when I logged on to another character, I can see all the mails there.

Is there a setting or something that I may have disabled/enabled?
