Mega Bundle

Okay, so, hi. I'm a returning pc player and I thought I'd try the console version on the Xbox, seeing as my pc practically exploded.
I purchased the All Faction Mega Bundle on the Xbox (gamertag Ralteth, by the way) but it doesn't work! Sure, the bundle was claimable but every character I make who claims their faction's bundle doesn't receive the ships I purchased, I checked. They're all still behind paywalls at 500 to 2500 zen per ship! All they get is a bunch of titles. I'd like some help as there's no damn help interface on the Xbox version, the "help screen" pretty much just says that STO is cool. This bundle cost over £40 in zen and I'd really like my stuff now, please

Dev Team Please fix the All Faction Bundle, The Separate Packs have been known to give the ships but the All Faction Mega Bundle is bugged, it will not give any ships at all. please give what we are paying for. Idan359 please add your message to xbox federation pack post also.

if they are t5 or t6 ships you have to be over level 40 for t5 and 50 for t6 ships or u wont be able to claim them... i had this issue until i leveled up past the required level

also when you select a bundle ship. it will say the price is zero zen. but on the overview it still says the price.
