"Cannot Access Account Bank at this Time"

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
OK...this is a new one. I have never had trouble accessing my account shared bank before. Was there an announcement or "memo" I missed in the notes for the latest patch, or is this a new bug? Anyone else having this issue? Happens with the 'Azura' (that'll be two hours' wait, should I need to access it in space again...annoying is one word), and on ESD and DS9. Have not tried K7 or other "ports," but am assuming it's the same anywhere.

    I just noticed it myself a few minutes ago, however I only tried it with "Azura". I then went into ships interior and had no trouble accessing it there. Just as a test before responding, I trans warped to ESD and had no trouble with access at ESD.

    Hmm...Doesn't want to open for me anywhere. I can access the others: standard and Fleet. But I keep getting the same message no matter where I am. Well, thanks for the feedback. At least I know others are having this issue with "Azura," so perhaps others are having issues in other places as well? Not that I wish that, but if it's not just me, well, squeaky wheel gets the grease, right? ;)

    I reported this a couple weeks ago. SS Azura wasn't loading the account bank. Had no problem accessing the account bank anywhere else.

    I had that same problem with the Account Bank with the Azura after I had opened the Exchange to buy some Colonists. I had already shut the Exchange. I believe after I closed the Azura Menu completely and opened it back up I could access the Account Bank.

    May be some sort of timing issue. The game engine hasn't been told yet that another sub-menu has been closed and it's ok to open another.

    I've been trying for weeks to get it to open the account bank, even after opening other options. But, it's apparently on the ever-growing list of things to fix, so, who knows, they might actually fix it... and break 10 other things in the process. ;)
