Trying to buy zen using paypal, but it requires credit card

So i wanted to buy zen points using paypal, then i got hit by a sh** storm.
So why in nine TRIBBLE i need to have a credit card to make purchase with paypal.
The whole reason for paypal is that you can avoid the using my credit card.
So why you demand a credit card ?
Please change it so i can buy zen points.
