[Xbox] Unable to acquire new bridge officers.

I have leveled up to LT. Commander, I have acquired the Constitution refit cruiser. I have one open bridge officer slot. I am not able to recruit a new bridge officer. I'm getting a message that my bridge is full.

    I have the same problem at captain, if I uninstall the game and reinstall it it fixes it but you should not have to do that. and this would be the 3rd time I've done that.

    Also having an issue with teaching my officers new skills. I've been trying to teach my tac officer Cannon: Rapid Fire II and I have the training manual and expertise required but it just brings up the dialogue box to confirm then I press ok and then nothing.
