Scrolling through these options menus is not functioning correctly. When using the Advanced Menu it blinks and often won't register my selections.

Same problem on PS4 version. I foolishly spend $$ to buy some 23rd century uniforms and after 20 minutes of trying, I gave up on equipping them. The game keeps backing me out of sub-menus. So the huge dropdown of uniform options.. I can move 2-3 lines in it and I get dumped out of it.

Also having an issue when changing one of the colors of an officer it also changes another color somewhere on them, like when changing their eye color it will also change the color of any facial patterns.
