Friend of mine is having trouble getting to subscriptions

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
Basically my friend can sign into Arc and most things related to it, but when he goes to Cryptic's subscription thing he can't seem to be able sign in despite his username and password working for everything else.

Anyone else have a similar issue that managed to resolve it? Also I apologize if this isnt the right spot, it was the closest thing to it I could find.

    Is your friend on Console or PC? If on Console, then there are no Subscriptions, its Lifer or piecemeal from the Z store.

    Is it an issue where it says something about cookies? If so I keep running into that same issue using Edge on Windows 10. I haven't tried loading up a different browser yet to see if that fixes it...although I may through FireFox on here just for nostalgia (and stuff like this that seems to have standards issues).
