I was bummed to find the bonus Zen missing last night and then read the threads about it only after I used Steam. I waited until the online support chat opened today. It was fixed immediately.

Is there any way to contact the Arc Support without going to the support page? Can I contact anybody to fix this? This is just crazy, honestly. I've tried for hours on end to attempt to log into the support page and it keeps giving me infinite redirects. I've tried 2 different computers and 3 different browsers on each computer. I've tried every fix imaginable. I cannot reach the support page.
Edit: finally found the customer service email (hopefully the right one), so maybe I can get this resolved too.
