Low level loot on Nimbus.

This has been bugging (pun intended) me for quite some time.
Whenever I'm (re)playing the Wasteland missions on Nimbus III, I'm always getting low level loot drops. Generally mk V and VI, even when I'm playing level 50+ captains.
I know it's not an issue with my client, as this happened on my old computer, and now also on my new computer.

Anyone here ever have similar issues?

    There is no issue. Nimbus is a level 26 zone.

    I know others who do get level appropriate drops. And even then, it's an issue. WTH create one specific level-capped chapter, when all other missions simply rescale to match your level?
