Multidimensional Transporter stuck in overflow bag

Reward for mirror event has been placed in overflow bag but bag refuses to open - have been trying for 2-3 days now (all possible areas). The item shows as available in the event rep project but refuses to add - even when a second item is present, under these circumstances I need to change the amount to a single item to contribute to the project. Inventory has been totally emptied, I have tried every possible area - sector space, system space, fleet holdings, esd, different quadrants but can't get the overflow to open.

Finally managed to get the bag to open - had to ditch a shuttle, reclaim it to get the non-combat pet to go into the bag, log out of everything relating to STO and restart then go direct to the character with a problem before doing anything else.

This needs looking at though - if the bag is showing then we should be able to at least open it to see what is in there without having to jump through hoops to do so.
