Subscription error caused a massive loss of credits.

Early last week(8/22 I believe) I had subscribed and used lobi crystals to purchase three Ferengi's Merchant jackets to sell them on the exchange, because I'm saving up for T6 Kelvin Connie.

I put the jackets up for 24 million credits each, one of them sold over the weekend but I only received 10 million. I checked the website and my subscription status was inactive at the time for some reason. Today I log on and my account is now active.

I need to know whether I'm being charged double for my subscription or if a glitch caused me to lose 14 million credits.

Also, your support page refused to work for me on any browser, including my phone.

Obviously you will need them to answer your question.

With a subscription the credit unlocks are available until service is interrupted or cancelled. If you buy the unlocks while on free to play you wont have this happen again. Then you can restart the subscription when you feel like it.

On another note.. I can't login so good luck.
