TOS toon no lifetime benefits

I have reported a part of this already (three times actually):
1. TOS toons from lifetimers do NOT get a T5 ship tokken like other characters do
2. TOS toons do not get the benefit of Auto Dil refining if I forgot to do that
I have completed all Goals on my TOS toon, so I have definitely passed lvl 50. But I cannot Claim a T5 ship - which I'd like for a set Bonus. This worked fine on all other toons.
I have forgotten to refine Dilithium for a few days - as I only log on to do my rep and then Play some games with less Bugs. On other toons, I get a message that x Dil has been refined - not so on my TOS toon. Dil stays unrefined and therefore no message.
