Some options seem to be missing for me when I go to put the Icons in my quick bar.

There are a couple of functions that I do not seem to have access to.

When I hit "p" in space to call up the options to populate the quick bar, the icon for Resonant Transphasic Torpedo is just a white box with no icon. Trying to pull it down does nothing.

Also I have a Plasmonic Leech But putting it in the ship creates no icon or way for me to implement it.

For both problems I tried exiting all the way out of STO and restarting the program.

Not sure what is happening with the Torpedo. Try removing and placing it back. See if it works in a different slot. Or try a different weapon in the slot your torpedo is in and see if that might "kick it back in gear" for you.

Plasmonic leech does not activate with a button. It is passive, you should see a significant up tick on your energy levels while in battle.
