Game screen darkening on Radeon 6670

From long time, when I do alt+tab to Windows and back to game, screen in game is darkening, like brightness lvl (128%) doesn't remember setup.
So I must moving brightness in game again and "apply" settings. Graphic card HD AMD 6670, Win7x64, no matter choose Direct 9 or 11 - effect is the same. Drivers are actual.
Anyone knows maybe how to solve problem?

This happens to me every after every map move and I don't have Radeon graphics, I have Intel. ! also have my brightness set to about 128 but every map move it's dark again like it's not remembering the brightness is supposed to be 128 and it just loads the default 100 brightness even though the in game brightness slider is at 128. If I go to the in game brightness slider if i just click and move the brightness to 129 it jumps all at once up to where it was set like flipping a light switch. So for every map if I want it bright enough to see, gotta open the graphic options a click the slider.
