I can relate to the OP when i was 10 i to watched my home burn to the ground, and for a period of close to 2-3 years me and my family was homeless, wasnt the best of times but it was those times that pulled us together as a family.

Damn, that sucks. I was homeless for 5 years (while working off and on and barely scraping by), so I know where you're coming from on that. Sleeping "rough" (outdoors exposed to the elements) was no fun.

Yeah if I wanted to go camping I'd take a tent. Sleeping in a field and hoping no one notices you while you're sleeping is pretty freaky. I was actually concerned about other homeless people more so than some random kid finding me. I managed to keep two sets of clothes and was able to wash them every so often, so I didn't really look like a bum (well my hair was a bit ratty).

Once you've been there, you really build a lot of sympathy for other homeless people, especially the ones who have been stuck that way for a long time. We really need a better way to take care of those people. Too many slip through the cracks.

I was extremely fortunate that my father, against all odds, managed to secure a loan. My years in that house after not having one for so long, were some of the best memories of my life.

I didn't have a tent, but I did have several hiding places I'd use to stay out of the heat of summer and the rain of winter. It really is scary, being homeless. And it's the loneliest feeling in the world. At least it was for me. The key to surviving it is to not look homeless (keep yourself and your clothes clean), have some sort of address you can use on job applications, and (above all) not to lose hope. I was blessed to be able to go to shelters to wash my clothes, plus I was working most of that time I was homeless; I just wasn't making enough money to actually move into anywhere. We really do need a better way to take care of people, I totally agree.

This is starting to go way off topic.

Sadly I don't see it as very likely, considering Cryptic has been keeping a rather strict trend the last couple of years of Time-Limited exclusives being exclusive.
Basically this. I don't think there's ever been a moment where they brought back any limited timed exclusives, at least none I can recall. Sorry OP. :/

    Homeless...but worried about non-tangible items.

This makes me think: kid whose mom won't buy a loot card plays on others sympathy to get something for free.

I think the closest we've had was the Episode Replay event with the limited time first playthrough rewards like the Shard of Possibilities and the Ophidian (Pimp) Cane.

Ok... how many people call out "Pimp Cane!" when they use the Ophidian Cane?

Which also shows the system we live in needs fixing or replacing....as in there's people homeless, yet there's ALWAYS $$$ and resources for warfare and killing. :/

How about we stop spending BILLIONS on these stupid wars (where oil, opium and other resources, like Lithium is the reason for it, and the bankers getting richer and richer) and use it to, you know, help/save lives rather than destroy lives. :/

Amen to that, smokebailey. As a veteran I was also appalled to find out that so many of my fellow veterans were/are homeless. There's got to be a better way.

Anyway, I don't want to make this thread go off topic any further so that's all I'll say about that for now.
