I read that the Kelvin timeline phasers come with a knockback proc. 20m? But does that even make sense in space where we are talking about 10km weapons range? If a ship is 9000m away a 20 m knockback isn't even noticeable, and doesn't do any extra damage.
Will that be changed to a more useful proc like the original phaser proc or something like extra kinetic damage?
