Lovely broken cut scene animations bring a twinge

We all know how cut scenes in this game can get so broken and stay broken for a long time.
Things like people standing in chairs for example is one thing.
I just watched a broken animation cut scene where on the Romulan story arc, Cutting the Cord: Ups and Downs, Hakeev is supposed to be laying down/crouched/kneeling on the ground talking after being shot. Obisek is supposed to come up to him and shoot him. During the cut scene he kept switching from standing to kneeling. In the final switch, he was standing so Obisek shot him in the crotch.
Ouch!
