Outfit uses invaild parts

I am in a fleet trying to add the fleet emblem to my uniform and each time I try to add it to a uniform I can wear normally it keeps giving me outfit uses invaild parts. No matter what I tried, different uniform and different styles or a different emblem nothing worked. I just want to add this emblem to my uniform but its not letting me please help thanks. I don't know what is causing this or why its happening, this is not the first time I have changed the fleet emblem on my uniforms and it never had any issues till now.
