Character rename token didn't work...not completely

I've had this issue for a couple years. I believe I may have posted it a while ago, but it was never addressed. I created a reman captain named Jhamira. I didn't like the name so I purchased a captain rename token and renamed her Azula. On the character select screen, and profile page it shows Azula, but on the doffing screen it still shows "Missions for Jhamira" and when I activate the Shard of possibilities that creates two doppelgangers that also still show the old character name of Jhamira.
