LOBI BOOLEAN HEAVY ASSAULT CANNON not effected by Commando Spec Secondary CD reduction

Wit Commando spec enabled, this weapon does not have its secondary fire mode reduced. It is also not effected by the Nukka 2-pc secondary CD reduction as well.

Guys, if this is WAI, then there needs to be a disclaimer about this. Otherwise, Id kinda want my Lobi back.

This is not the only weapon that is bugged for Commando spec secondary fire modes. Please look into it.
