Command triat un-unslotable?

I have levelled my TOS toon enough to have the improved Version of some traits - including the command specialisation one.

I noticed that while the trait is shown as selected on the left side of the tab together with 3 other triats, the other ones are marked as selected on the right side of the Screen as well - and comman is not. Therefore I cannot unselect the trait (improved command frequency - in case this wasn't clear... :) )
As far as I am Aware this is only valid for command spec tree trait, not for any other.

It is working - I can call reinforcements. It just doesn't have a "selected" Icon on the right side of the character Screen, it does Show on the left side. So working, but not deselectable.

Problem: this is a trait I like to use for some missions and ships, but not for others. Now I am stuck with it

FED: 2 tacs, 1 eng, 2 scis
TOS: 1 tac
all on T5 rep (up to temporal)
all have mastered Intel tree (and some more specs Points)
highest DPS: 60.982
