Yeah, it's a pretty simple and easy mission. I guess I need to look into teaming up with others to do elite ground missions. Know of any channels I can join and what the requirements are?
I absolutely despise KBZ. It's so easy to get trapped in a bunch of them when they come running out from behind those barricades when you shoot just one of them.
I am having better luck these days, but it's still my least favorite BZ.
Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything.
I don't mind the Delta arc all that much. The patrol missions get a tad boring after a while, like by the 3rd one. But they aren't all that tough and a few of them are actually kind of fun.
The Kobali BZ is one of my favorite zones and offers some quick XP for the effort. I'm usually running it solo up until the last 2 open missions and have no problems with the zone. A lot more fun (for me) than the Voth ground BZ. I think it took me less than 90 minutes of casual play to get through it all and I don't think I died even once. And I'm not a great player or have good gear for that matter, so I don't understand all the hate for the KBZ.
The funny part is, on a new character you don't even need the tweaked level requirements... you're pretty much going to be level 60 by the time you get there, if you've been doing the rest of the Episode Arcs in the process.
I'm leveling one of my last Delta Recruits and just finished with Dust to Dust on Saturday. I was barely level 56 when I ran it. I have run through all of the story arcs up to this point and I still got stalled out and had to run queues and patrols to get to 57 in order to run Delta Flight in the Iconian War arc.
Leveling is quick 1-50 and hits a speed bump around lvl 53 and going from 57-60 is like hitting a wall while running up hill in 10 feet of snow while pulling a small car behind you. *IF* you aren't running queues, rerunning patrols, DOffing and doing Admiralty, that is. Which I decided to do on this alt. Needless to say once I hit that first wall, I decided that DOffing and Admiralty were a good way to boost things and once I hit 57 and got stuck again unable to run Time in a Bottle, I figured adding queues and patrols was the only way to keep going.
It was a good little experiment for me since most of my other lvl 60 characters were 50 before the level cap increase and most of them hadn't even finished the existing arcs at the time. So I had plenty of content to do and at the time was still running queues and DOffing with them.
All the XP granting systems work great alongside each other to get players what they need. And even if you decide not to do one of them, you can get by. But relying solely on normal level story content and not wanting to repeat anything or run patrols ad nauseam will leave you short of some mission level requirements.

Yeah, I definitely work under the assumption that folks are cycling what Admiralty/DOffing they can (mostly Admiralty, which hasn't been bugged or nerfed as of yet) for the Temporal Recruitment unlocks. I have an easier time of it since I purchased the Command/Pilot 9-Packs and have several available Event Ships, plus I pick up DOff packs for stocking Fleet projects and my Roster... but I have to admit that it's likely just catching enough of the bonus XP that pushed my TOSFed well past 60 (and into Spec over-leveling) before finishing the Cardassian arc.
Still, not hitting that wall or even having to think about level requirements has made progress through the Episodes far more enjoyable.
With each passing day I wonder if I stepped into an alternate reality. The Cubs win the world series. Donald Trump is President. Britain leaves the EU. STO gets a dedicated PvP season. Engineers are "out of control" in STO.

Oh, I agree that the DOff system and especially the Admiralty system all but assure a player they can get to 60 without running out of content.
I only decided to forego those things on this last trip to 60 simply because it's been forever since I only ran missions. I usually do queues and DOff, as well start on Admiralty once I hit 52, but I just wanted to see how it would be for a "new" player. Someone without a load of ships or perhaps DOffs, as well as some players who for whatever reason decide to solo everything and don't run queues.
All that said, this was a one time attempt and frankly, it was not fun hitting those level walls. Especially since I really wanted to hit 60 just on missions alone.
I was going to say I wanted to hit 60 "naturally", but the Devs put these systems (especially the Admiralty system) in place to assist us with leveling and obtaining things some players may have difficulty getting in other ways. Using these systems *IS* the natural way of doing it and I inadvertently skewed things too far by not using these systems.
Anyway, time to stop this derail and get back on track.

Oh fine... so now that I've run through the full Kobali Prime arc I'm reminded of something: Our Chance for Peace, or more specifically the Kobali Personal Shield you get as a reward. After running the entire arc, you get this awesome personal shield with hitpoint regen baked in... and random [Mods]. This bit is something I actually miss about earlier iterations of the Delta Rising episodes, because it used to re-roll the [Mods] partway through the mission, in turn allowing you to actually choose a halfway decent reward. Sadly, that got "fixed" and now the random [Mods] are locked in...
Did you get a [Pha] [Tet] on it?
Gratz! That's the only version you'll ever get because the Replay has no rewards and you can never acquire another one!
...ah well, at least there's worthwhile Ground stuff in "Uneasy Allies" and The "Temporal Front"; time to make liberal use of the Skip button and come back to the Delta Quadrant with decent gear.

Yeah, and since they rescaled a replay of 'Our Chance for Peace' gives only 1 XP.
Just finished up the Delta Arc today. As that was my final Arc, I cleared the deck of the Missions that needed to be run. Been rerunning a few Missions to pick up the other 'Special' Rewards before I tackle the Iconian Arc and the Solonae Arc.

Now, somewhat off topic...
