Strange Character Bug - Missing Powers, Can't Purchase Skills

I have a level 50 character i have not played in awhile. Logged in today to play it and find i can't do several things. First, no matter what weapon i equip, the icons for the powers will not appear in my powers list or in the tray. Kit powers appear to be working correctly. Next...when I try to purchase skills, the window will pop up and let me click to purchase a skill, but it does not apply. It also looks like I'm missing all the powers that are granted when leveling...for example, evasive maneuvers, slipstream, etc.
Going to file a ticket, but wanted to know if anyone else has had this happen...
**EDIT** Figured it out. Skills window kept saying "Invalid Skill". When I press the retrain button, it allowed me to purchase skills an all of my missing skills, weapon powers, etc. reappeared.
