Temporal Ship Configurations not giving power boosts

Recently began leveling my 3rd T6 Temporal ship, the cruiser, after the battle-cruiser and the escort. I noticed that at least for the cruiser, I'm not getting power boosts when entering a configuration. The actives work fine, and maybe the other passives, but the power boosts are not. The maps I've been on since I noticed are the delta quadrant patrols. The first 4 after completing Mindscape and Reunion, although I don't think this bug is map specific.
