I know that I have been a long time trekie fan since I was kid and now cryptic/pe finally bring out a T6 connie and everything else but to put it into a lock box only ship is a huge slap in the face to the player base but most of all trekie fans like myself its the most dumbest thing that cryptic/pe has ever done they should of made it available to everyone in the Z store not a d.a.m.n. lock box where you have no chance of getting one and don't say go get one from the exchange cause the exchange is full of bs I have been selling doffs been selling and crafting and redoing missions after missions and I can only muster up in a span of 4 to 5 hours worth of playing 5 mill at best no way in h.e.l.l. I can come up with 300 mill plus this is why ships like this one specially this one and the kelvin dreadnought should have been in the Z store that way everyone could have access to them and have one.
But leave it to crytic/PE to put them in lock boxes so that only a certain few can get them and or elite players to get them it brings dishonor to the actors who died and the ones who ever stared in the star trek series .

If the ship costs 300mil on the exchange, then buy keys and SELL them on the exchange to get EC.
Keys are selling for around 5.7 mil. 300 / 5.7 = 52.
So for $52 you can buy enough keys to sell and and get enough EC to buy the ship.
Stop your whining and go by your ship already.
The ship is 270 mil.
Keys are selling for 5.5 mil.
270 / 5.5 = 49
So for $49 you can buy enough keys to sell to get enough EC to buy the ship.
Stop your whining already.
LMAO I'd have to say that I totally agree here.
PWE/C's business decisions have absolutely SQUAT to do with Gene Roddenberry's "vision" for Star Trek, etc.
Being critical doesn't take skill. Being constructively critical- which is providing alternative solutions or suggestions to a demonstrated problem, however, does.
Yeah, sorry you just lost all respect with me there.
I'm over 40, work a blue-collar job and this is something I spend my "discretionary" income on for entertainment.
Enough with the blanket statements already. Not everyone who plays video games is a teenage kid living in mommy and daddy's basement sucking down Monsters and eating Doritos for sustanance.

are you illiterate???
you dont have to be RICH. you dont have to GAMBLE.
go buy 49 master keys and sell them on the exchange for 5.5 mil each.
you will have enough EC to buy the ship. what is wrong with you?
BTW, I never play the LockBox game. I've only done so twice since 2012. The first time I got a Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort Carrier. The second time was Friday night at around 8PM CDT. The fifth box I opened had the T6 Connie in it. I also got the T6 Andromeda Cruiser Cryptic gave away last year to get people to come back to the game. Some guys have al the luck, don't they? All three are very nice ships and I enjoy using them. A lot.
I need to become a moderator here, I am not liking the constant attitude.
As for you tr717 etc... I you should definitely get the ship on the exchange via buying and selling master keys. Its a great ship, I myself got it on the exchange via selling keys.
Same tears.

In terms of "social responsibility" perhaps you need to rethink your assessment, here. I'm not "anti-social" because I prefer not to have nonsense spewed at me in an online forum- on the contrary, it's helping this "kid" (which has yet to be determined) learn how to successfully navigate a public forum without abrasively opining other players.
Respect is earned sir, not just freely given.

I get your frustration on this topic. The t6 connie is not easy to attain. Cryptic has to make money to keep making the game and so if you want the T6 connie badly enough, you'll put twenty dollars aside each month or so to save up for the keys to get it
While I can seriously empathize with your RL circumstances, please do consider the options others are putting forth in this thread as alternatives to obtaining the ship you want.
That said, I actually have a KTHCC in my possession that I have been seriously considering selling on the exchange- and had your posts been a little less negative toward other players, I would have gladly GIVEN it away to someone who really wanted it and had such circumstances to deal with.
Food for thought.

i honestly dont believe your story. but that is neither here nor there.
lets pretend they put the ship in the c-store like you wanted. it would be what, $30?
well, you can get it RIGHT NOW for $50. yes i know thats $20 more than you wanted to pay, but if you cant come up with an extra $20 then you shouldnt be wasting your time playing this game at all, you should be working.
i'll say this one last time in case you finally learn how to read:
the ship is 270 mil on the exchange.
master keys sell for 5.5 mill each.
270 / 5.5 = 49
so you will need to spend $49 to buy 49 keys and sell them on the exchange for 5.5 mil each to get the 270 mil to buy teh ship.
you can have it TONIGHT if you wanted to, instead of wasting everyones time with your constant whining.
And your attitude isn't any more helpful. Excuse me, but your hypocrisy is showing.
The OP called the tune, so he can pay the piper.
Unless you're willing to loan him the money? Unh hunh. Thought so.
Next time, try scoring points with the crowd on someone else. All this 'Holier than Thou' stuff isn't a good look on you.
