quest "Tangled webs" bug

This is the second to last quest for the new temporal agents. I have tried doing this quest 3 times now. At different points in the "caught in the web" part of the story, it has not given credit for completing a step or has not spawned the appropriate mobs for killing 4/4 waves at the queen. I am tired of restarting this part of the mission due to the game not working properly. Do your programmers not test things before implementing into production?
First bug - the dead tholian soldier would not let me interact with him after the first room in order to move on.
Second bug - second room. after dispatching all enemies, the consoles would not light up for me to shut off the self destruct.
Third bug - stuck on defeat the boarding party 3/4. The 4th wave will not spawn.
Going to try it one more time......
