Missing Temporal Beacons (Esp Horbus)

Ive been on maps where the temporal beacon simply isnt appearing for my TOS toon. Thus far restarting the map has fixed that bug eventually.
Horbus is on run 7 through the first map and it still wont appear.
The mini map icon appears as it should when the mission gets to the base.
Traveling above the marker makes the marker disappear. As does traveling below so I believe it IS supposed to be where the wrecked DD is.
I dont know a work around for this issue. Please help.
