TOS captain's BOF can not use normal bof abilities

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
an engineer bof of my TOS captain is still bugged

it can not use any normal space bof abilities to EPtX3

I spend a lot of money for those training manuals

I just cant delete it, what hell come on guys

it isnt even mention in known-issues for several patches now

    Has the bridge officer been promoted to the appropriate rank to learn those abilities?

    no I didnt...

    ofcourse I did LOL

    I have unslotted it

    reslotted it

    slot it on different ships

    log in and log back

    no EptX at all , abilities are visible but can not be activated during spacecombat

    sometime I wonder if it is intentional to cripple my TOS toon

    None has it as far I can tell...
