Was roleplaying my KDF character with a friend's Fed character and invited them over to my ship. We went to the transporter room and the Operations Officer there (the one for shuttle selection) attacked them. They were able to kill the officer, who did not respawn later.
I knew of opposite faction visitors being able to attack the stationary NPCs (bartenders, doctors, etc), but they never fought back (or attacked!) and they never died, even when their health reached zero.
The aforementioned Operations Officer was the only one we noticed this problem with; the others behaved normally. For reference, we were in the small Klingon ship interior.
