Exchange Sales not paying out

I recently sold 2 fleet ship modules on the exchange, 14.5 mill each, i got the emails saying the sales were successful but got no EC. Sales happened 7/20/2016 9:35pm.

My account is upgraded to hold up to 1 billion EC and im holding a little over 12 million at the moment so i dont see what the problem is.

    Could it be that when you checked the mail, you were on a different character than the one that actually posted the sales? Check that character.

    no the character is my main and i rarely play my alts

    I submitted in game tickets also but god knows if that works

    Do GM's even check these posts? doesnt seem to be much activity.
