In the Shadow of Cestus, Those Who are about to Die, Reveal the Romulans - 3 Romulan T'Liss ships are shown in the reveal video, but what you actually face are 2 Khenn cruisers and 1 T'Liss.
Also, in the 23c tutorial, the final warp out after fighting off Kor with the Enterprise, the warp out video will sometimes show your ship and 2 Constitution class ships instead of just 1.
