Unpacking prisoners/colonists with full roster destroys them

If you attempt to unpack a prisoner or colonist from a reward box as obtained from Admiralty missions when your roster for that category is full, they go into the Overflow Bug (yeah, I don't call it a Bag anymore). If you (somehow manage to) open the Overflow Bug, and attempt to take those duty officers when your roster has room for them, the "Take" button produces an error message in chat: "[Inventory] Inventory full.". The "Take All" button empties everything out of the Overflow Bug and puts them... nowhere. They are destroyed.
