Kelvin Admiral Uniform Clipping

The Kelvin Admiral Uniform tends to clip "inside" the neck on a human male around the bottom, and the backside of the waist. Been quite hard to alleviate, worse when moving. The 23c male shirt and the Kelvin timeline male shirt have the same clipping issue while moving around the waist area.
