Jumping on rough ground / slopes bugged

Hi guys
This has been a longstanding issue, but I've only just got around to reporting it.
I've found that I'm no longer able to jump while my character is on rough ground or a slope. This makes certain achievements (like Bridge Troll on New Romulus) impossible to get.
Plus it's annoying.
This affects all my characters, so I assume it's not just me experiencing this one.
