Suggestion: Star Trek Online Inspired Comic Book

IDW is producing some excellent Kelvin Timeline inspired comic books while New Visions line painstakingly produces authentic storelines using images from the TOS era.

Has there been any thought to a Star Trek Online Inspired Comic Book?

A comic chronicling the Week of Eternal Disco would be good to have.

"Captain, the disco has returned in force! whatever shall we do?"

"He shall be my finest warrior, this generic man who was forced upon me.
Like a badass I shall make him look, and in the furnace of war I shall forge him.
he shall be of iron will and steely sinew.
In great armour I shall clad him and with the mightiest weapons he shall be armed.
He will be untouched by plague or disease; no sickness shall blight him.
He shall have such tactics, strategies and machines that no foe will best him in battle.
He is my answer to cryptic logic, he is the Defender of my Romulan Crew.
He is Tovan Khev... and he shall know no fear."

If they did an STO comic, it would have to follow the exploits of established characters such as Captain Shon, or even Admiral Tuvok and Captain Kim. Could even expand to cover Commander Jarok. Captain Koren... eh... she's a little TOO trigger happy if you ask me.

It would never follow a Player character. If they wanted to do the storyline they would have to create an original character of their own rather than pick a player character.

Id be interested in a graphic novel that covers most of what has transpired in game.

To get it done would be a whole new ballgame for this software developer though.
They'd probably have to tender out the concept to major publishers and that won't be cheap.

But if they ever did produce a graphic novel detailing the game history we've played through, Id be really interested.

Luckily Cryptic has experience in this area:
