Uniform color linking

Please either disable color linking altogether, or add buttons to lock certain pieces like in Champions Online. This is irritating because some of my bridge officers have their belts and shoes linked and I can't unify all of my officers' uniforms.

    It's a pretty old bug whith no fix in sight, sometimes hitting the "random" button at the top fixes it.

    looks like this bug is back on the Federation 2380s uniform and the 2399 uniform. the top colors are linked to the boot colors on the 2380s and the entire uniform is linked top pants and shoe on the 2399.
