Andorian Starter Pack question

OK, so this has probably been asked before, but since the Andorian starter pack was part of a bundle for Neverwinter back in like 2013 and has since disappeared from the Heroes of the North Neverwinter pack, does PWE/ARC have any intentions on making it available again for people that are new to the game or might have missed it? Make it a C-Store purchase in the Tier 1 ship area. Or an Andorian bundle that covers the tier 1 and tier 5 versions (like the Steamrunner class in the Steam Powered pack.)
Or maybe make like a classics bundle that brings back some of the missing items like the Automated Defense Battery console, Red Matter Capacitor, TR-116A rifle, emote packs. Maybe some of it may not be that important to players but it's just a thought.
